3. Website Information
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that information published on this website is accurate and up to date.
However, information relating to:
- programmes;
- practitioners;
- medical partners;
- testing;
- availability;
- accommodation;
- pricing;
- schedules; and
- programme inclusions
may change from time to time.
The information displayed on the website is general information and does not constitute an individual medical diagnosis, treatment recommendation or personalised medical advice.
Your individual programme will be based on the information available to the relevant professionals and the services agreed with you.
4. Enquiries and Bookings
Submitting a contact form, requesting a consultation or contacting SHARD does not automatically create a booking or contract.
A booking becomes binding when the applicable booking process has been completed, including any required:
- consultation;
- programme confirmation;
- written acceptance;
- booking confirmation; and
- payment or deposit.
Your booking confirmation may contain additional terms specific to your programme.
Where booking-specific terms differ from these general Terms & Conditions, the booking-specific terms will apply to that particular service.
5. Programme Selection
You are not expected to determine your programme without guidance.
Where appropriate, we may review information you provide and help identify the most suitable starting point.
The SHARD materials describe three principal ways to begin:
Discover — Health Assessment · Nordic Laboratories · Personal Practice
Reset — Medical Assessment · Personal Health Strategy · Practice
Private Journey — Comprehensive Medical Assessment · Personal Health Blueprint · Private Guidance.
A recommendation does not guarantee a particular health outcome.
6. Personalisation of Your Programme
SHARD programmes are personalised.
There is no single standard daily schedule.
Your programme may be adapted according to factors such as:
- health information;
- medical assessment;
- test results;
- lifestyle;
- priorities;
- physical condition;
- personal objectives;
- professional recommendations; and
- circumstances during your stay.
The client documentation specifically provides that SHARD practice is shaped around the individual’s health assessment, priorities and objectives.
Activities may therefore vary between clients even when they have selected the same programme.
7. Medical Information and Health Assessments
You are responsible for providing information that is accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge where that information is relevant to your programme.
This may include information concerning:
- medical history;
- existing conditions;
- medications;
- allergies;
- injuries;
- previous test results;
- current symptoms;
- physical limitations; and
- other relevant health information.
Failure to disclose relevant information may affect the appropriateness or safety of certain activities or recommendations.
You should inform the relevant professional if your health circumstances change before or during your programme.
8. Medical Services and External Healthcare Providers
Certain medical consultations, investigations or specialist services may be provided by independent healthcare professionals, clinics, laboratories or other specialist providers.
The SHARD model currently includes a medical partnership with Privatklinik Döbling, Mavie Med, Vienna, with medical consultation available in Vienna or remotely where appropriate.
Personalised genetic and functional testing may also involve Nordic Laboratories, where applicable to your selected programme.
Where an external healthcare provider delivers a service directly to you, that provider may operate under its own professional responsibilities, privacy policy and contractual terms.
We will make this clear where appropriate.
9. Specialist Network
SHARD is developing an international network of selected:
- physicians;
- clinics;
- laboratories;
- health specialists;
- nutrition specialists;
- sleep specialists;
- mental performance professionals;
- movement specialists;
- sport and performance professionals;
- recovery specialists; and
- longevity and healthspan professionals.
The involvement of a particular specialist depends on your individual circumstances and does not form part of every programme unless expressly confirmed.
10. Health and Medical Disclaimer
Information available on the SHARD website is provided for general informational purposes only.
Website content should not be used as a substitute for individual medical diagnosis, treatment or advice from an appropriately qualified healthcare professional.
Health coaching, lifestyle guidance, movement, nutrition and wellbeing practices are intended to support your personal health journey but do not guarantee the prevention, diagnosis, treatment or cure of any medical condition.
You should seek appropriate medical advice if you have concerns about your health.
The website and general SHARD contact channels are not emergency medical services.
In the event of a medical emergency, contact the appropriate local emergency service immediately.
11. Results and Outcomes
Health and wellbeing outcomes vary from person to person.
We do not guarantee:
- specific medical outcomes;
- weight loss;
- improvements in laboratory values;
- improvements in performance;
- improvements in symptoms;
- prevention of illness;
- particular lifestyle changes; or
- any other specific result.
The purpose of SHARD is to provide personalised insight, professional guidance and practical support.
Your results may depend on many factors outside our control, including your individual health, circumstances and implementation of recommendations.
12. Prices
Prices applicable to your programme will be communicated before your booking is confirmed.
Current programme prices may also be displayed on the website.
The most recent client programme documentation currently specifies:
- Discover — €3,500
- Reset — €6,900
- Private Journey — €12,500
The price communicated in your final booking confirmation will apply to your booking.
Any applicable taxes, additional services or charges not included in the programme price will be disclosed before you become contractually bound.
13. Payment
Payment requirements, including any:
- deposit;
- instalment schedule;
- balance payment;
- payment deadline; and
- accepted payment method
will be communicated during the booking process.
Your booking may not be confirmed until the required payment has been received.
You are responsible for ensuring that payment information provided by you is accurate and that you are authorised to use the relevant payment method.
14. Changes and Cancellations
Any cancellation, amendment, rescheduling and refund conditions applicable to a particular booking will be communicated to you before the booking is confirmed.
Those booking-specific conditions form part of your agreement with us.
If you need to change or cancel your booking, please contact us as soon as possible at:
Where a service is provided by an independent third party, that provider’s cancellation terms may also apply where this has been disclosed to you.
15. Consumer Withdrawal Rights
Where you enter into a contract remotely as a consumer, you may have statutory rights under applicable consumer-protection legislation.
For consumers in Romania, Emergency Ordinance no. 34/2014 regulates distance contracts and generally provides information and withdrawal rights for qualifying consumer contracts.
However, statutory exceptions may apply.
For example, Romanian legislation provides exceptions in certain circumstances for accommodation services provided for a specific date or period, as well as where certain services have been fully performed following the consumer’s express request and acknowledgement.
Where a statutory withdrawal right applies to your booking, the relevant information will be provided before you become contractually bound.
Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer right that cannot legally be excluded.
16. Accommodation
Where accommodation at SHARD forms part of your programme, the accommodation period and included services will be stated in your booking confirmation.
You agree to comply with any reasonable:
- property rules;
- safety instructions;
- check-in and check-out requirements; and
- rules relating to other guests, staff and facilities.
Where accommodation is legally supplied by another entity, its applicable accommodation terms may also form part of your booking.
17. Participation in Activities
Some programmes may include:
- exercise;
- movement;
- fitness;
- indoor cycling;
- Tae Bo;
- functional movement;
- breathing practices;
- outdoor activities;
- recovery practices;
- wellness therapies; and
- nature-based activities.
The SHARD Practice documentation identifies these as possible components of personalised practice.
You should follow the instructions provided by relevant professionals and immediately inform them if you experience:
- pain;
- dizziness;
- unusual discomfort;
- difficulty breathing; or
- another health concern.
Activities may be altered or discontinued where considered appropriate for health or safety reasons.
18. Continuing Coaching and Membership
Certain programmes include coaching support after your stay.
The current programme structure provides:
- Discover: 2 private coaching sessions;
- Reset: 4 private coaching sessions;
- Private Journey: 8 private coaching sessions.
The client documentation also specifies a 12-month SHARD Membership with each programme.
The membership is described as including one private 50-minute coaching session each month with Prof. Nicoleta Radu.
Scheduling, availability and any additional membership conditions may be communicated separately.
19. Your Responsibilities
When using SHARD services, you agree to:
- provide accurate information;
- communicate relevant health concerns;
- follow reasonable safety instructions;
- treat staff, professionals and other guests respectfully;
- use facilities responsibly;
- attend agreed consultations or appointments where reasonably possible; and
- inform us if circumstances affecting your programme change.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue an activity where continuing would create an unreasonable health, safety or operational risk.
20. Privacy and Confidentiality
SHARD is designed around privacy and confidentiality.
Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data-protection law.
The programme documentation describes the service as Private by Design, including:
Confidentiality · Professional Ethics · Data Protection · International Liability Insurance.
Because health information may constitute sensitive or special-category personal data, additional safeguards may apply.
Please read our Privacy Policy for full details.

29. Applicable Law
WELLBEING COACH LTD is incorporated in England and Wales.
Unless a booking agreement provides otherwise, these Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
However, where you are a consumer, this choice of law does not remove mandatory consumer protections that apply to you under applicable law.
Where services are promoted or supplied to consumers in Romania, applicable Romanian and European Union consumer-protection requirements may therefore also apply.
Romanian e-commerce legislation requires online service providers to make their identity, registered address, contact information and registration details easily and permanently accessible to users.
30. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect:
- changes to our services;
- new programmes;
- changes to medical or specialist partnerships;
- changes to the website;
- regulatory requirements; or
- changes in applicable law.
The latest version will be published on this page together with the date of the most recent revision.
Changes will not retrospectively alter an existing confirmed booking unless this is legally permitted and appropriately communicated.
